Kimchi Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS

▪ 30 Gr | Leeks, sliced.

▪ 15 Ml | Vegetable oil.

▪ 100 Gr | Jongga® kimchi, sliced.

▪ 10 Ml | Korean soy sauce.

▪ 10 Gr | Sugar.

▪ 200 Gr | Steamed rice.

▪ 2 | Fried eggs.

 

DIRECTION


① In an oiled pan, stir-fry leeks first, then stir-fry kimchi, add soy sauce and sugar.

* Adding SPAM, Sausage, or Bacon in this step is recommended.


② When the kimchi is cooked with brown color add rice and keep stir-frying for 2 more minutes.


③ Place on a plate with egg on top of rice.


④ Suggest to add ham or your meat preference for extra flavor!
