INGREDIENTS

▪ 250 Gr | Jongga® Young Summer Radish Kimchi.

▪ 200 Ml | Jongga® Young Summer Radish Kimchi sauce.

▪ 67 Ml | Korean soy sauce.

▪ 100 Ml | Vinegar.

▪ 200 Gr | Plain noodles.

▪ 30 Gr | Sugar.

▪ 500 Ml | Water.

▪ Green chili pepper.

▪ Boiled egg.

▪ Cucumber


 

DIRECTION


① Prepare the soup by mixing soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, water, sliced green chili pepper, and Kimchi sauce.


② Boil the noodles and washed by cold water.


③ Pour the soup on the prepared noodles.


④ Add Young Summer Radish Kimchi, cucumber, and half cut egg.
